The head is wide and square with a deep stop and strong underjaw. The bite is slightly undershot with no visible teeth. Overshot bites or wry jaws are disqualifying faults.

Body & Movement

The body is compact and muscular with broad shoulders and a wide chest. The coat must be smooth, and movement should be steady and controlled.
